support a team of Investment Advisors and a Relationship Managers in delivering an exceptional client service and experience providing administrative and organizational support in all client related processes be a point-of-entry contact for beneficial owners and their trusted advisors regarding account queries, orders, payments, stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits etc. assist with and co-ordinate account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring of client activities and support with documentation for client meetings and business trips research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients and internal partners in a timely and professional manner collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements collaborate with different teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business
