Business Manager, IB Unified Global Markets Distribution COO

drive day to day COO BAU activities: business analytics, MI reporting, problem solving, management support, support preparation of highly qualitative outputs such as presentations and various MI documentation for Senior Management, maintain robust operating platform front-to-back incl. ownership of key controls and front to back product flows mapping /review, support implementations of the sales and client strategies with product business area/sales team, support EMEA Business Head in implementing business strategy and daily operations of the business, serve as liaison between lines of business and various support partners, helping to drive accountability across all internal functions, wok on enhancements in COO and sales processes though automation / AI, work with Technology to support implementation of front to back systems / improvements and MI, incl. One UBS Revenue reporting, CID management across divisions
