support the sponsorship team in developing compelling sponsorship proposals and activation plans, collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary assets and information for sponsorship activations, conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark sponsorship strategies, support the team in maintaining relationships with sponsorship partners and ensuring timely fulfillment of sponsorship benefits, support sponsorship request management, sponsorship project coordination and processes, contribute to the creation of sponsorship reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, contribute to the measurement/performance optimization of our sponsorships and partnerships, support Employee and community activation of our platforms, provide administrative support to the sponsorship department as needed
