Client Account Manager - Fluent in Mandarin

You will work closely with a client advisor and together be responsible for a demanding client portfolio. You will support the client advisors in their daily business, including administrative and service-oriented tasks. You will have telephone (and personal) contact with clients and handle specific client orders and inquiries, such as preparing account opening documents, processing fiduciary and fixed-term deposits, foreign exchange transactions, payment orders, account closures, etc. You will take responsibility for coordinating maturities and pending tasks. If necessary, you will make changes to client master data and independently carry out various clarification and control tasks. You will act as central point of contact between the client, back office, and various specialist departments. In doing so, you will get to know and apply the broad product range of Global Wealth Management.
