Role and responsibilities
You will provide operational support to our sales team and ensure that our account executives can focus on what they do best: closing deals. Identifying potential new customers, building and maintaining prospect lists in our CRM, qualifying incoming leads according to defined criteria, proactively contacting potential customers, arranging appointments and coordinating for the Account Executives, consistently following up with prospects after initial contact, managing and updating activities in the CRM system, helping prepare tenders and procurement documents.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience in sales, internal sales or customer service an advantage
Strong communication skills, a structured approach and the ability to work independently
Proficiency in digital tools an advantage (CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
Very good written and spoken English and German; Arabic an advantage
Enjoy making initial contact with customers and have a flair for sales processes
Reliability and self-organisation in a remote working environment
