Undertake dynamic sales and marketing efforts to achieve our ambitious growth targets Manage and expand a profitable life and annuity reinsurance portfolio Actively manage relationships with clients, prospects and brokers Prepare marketing material, prepare and implement marketing plan Analyse offers and conduct contracts negotiations Manage internal approval processes including documentation

• University degree or advanced business degree

• A minimum of five years of experience in life reinsurance in a similar position, with portfolio responsibility

• Experience at least in either UK or North-American market is a must

• Team player, excellent communication skills, flair to conduct negotiations, willing to go the extra mile

• Fluency in English is a must, additional languages (German etc.) an asset
