Role and responsibilities
You will support our Financial Accounting teams and gain hands-on experience in international finance topics as well as month-end and year-end closing activities. Additionally, you will have opportunities to contribute to process improvement initiatives and make a tangible impact. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations, especially in General Ledger Accounting and Finance International topics (approximately 40 stations worldwide). Engage in various cross-functional projects, to drive process improvements. Support dedicated month-end and year-end closing activities. Perform fuel accounting processes. Analyze and visualize financial data to support decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills
We expect an independent way of working, a passion for Accounting and willingness to design and enhance processes.
Dealing positively with people from different cultures is very important to us as well as having an open-minded, communicative and reliable personality.
Workload Specification: For this position, a 100% workload is preferred.
HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates in business administration or related field (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters).
Ability to drive and develop topics with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
Proactive and reliable working ethic with a hands-on mentality.
A process-oriented thinking approach with an open-minded personality for working with cross-functional teams.
Very good spoken and written English and German skills.
