Microsoft Licensing Sales Specialist

Role and responsibilities

Own and grow a B2B account portfolio across Microsoft licensing models (Cloud Solution Provider, Enterprise Agreement, Microsoft Products and Services Agreement) Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation and renewal Promote our combined offer of licensing, professional services and managed services to maximize account value and retention Co‑create proposals with presales and technical teams aligned to Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 consumption Manage the Microsoft partner relationship and stay current on program changes to leverage incentives, co‑selling and market development funds

Qualifications and Skills

  • Several years of B2B IT sales with deep knowledge of Microsoft licensing models (Cloud Solution Provider, Enterprise Agreement, Microsoft Products and Services Agreement)

  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365) and commercial mechanics such as incentives, rebates and partner programs

  • Ability to build business cases and compare licensing scenarios based on client return on investment (ROI)

  • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with presales, product, partner management and services

  • Excellent consultative selling and negotiation, credible with technical and executive stakeholders

  • Communicative and collaborative, able to build lasting relationships and drive results

  • Proactive, analytical and structured in your approach

  • Fluent German and English for the Swiss German market
