Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager

Role and responsibilities

As Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and orchestrating the execution of global social media activities (with a focus on Instagram) and influencer marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Global Influencer Marketing Manager, you will ensure that brand campaigns and initiatives are translated into compelling social content and activated through strategic influencer and talent partnerships. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement global social media plans, with a primary focus on Instagram. Co-develop influencer marketing plans aligned with brand initiatives and business objectives. Translate brand campaigns and initiatives into engaging social content and influencer activation frameworks. Manage day-to-day social media operations across key platforms. Coordinate influencer campaign timelines, influencer scouting, content approvals, and deliverables. Act as the central point of coordination across Brand, PR, Media, Product, Copy, Events, Regional, and Social teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

  • 3–5 years of experience in PR, Communications, Social Media, or Influencer Marketing, either agency-side or in-house.

  • Experience within consumer, lifestyle, fashion, luxury, or related industries is highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing ecosystem, talent management, and collaboration models.

  • Experience executing integrated social and influencer campaigns across global and local markets.

  • Experience coordinating talent and influencer activations with PR teams.

  • Experience working with Media teams to amplify influencer content.

  • Experience partnering with regional teams on local campaign execution.

  • Experience ensuring compliance with brand governance and guidelines.
