Junior E Commerce Campaign Manager

Role and responsibilities
Manage the setup and coordination of promotional activities by aligning requirements across markets and preparing clear, structured briefs for execution. Support the development of onsite communication concepts, including page layouts, content placement, and customer journeys, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Coordinate closely with eCommerce teams, Brand, and local markets to ensure campaigns, promotions, and onsite content are launched on time and to a high standard of quality. Gather and consolidate content requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed briefs for internal teams. Brief and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies responsible for onsite content creation and maintenance. Conduct competitor research and benchmarking, summarize key insights, and support the identification of opportunities to enhance onsite communication and performance. Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaign execution and onsite content management processes to increase efficiency and promote best practices across markets.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or comparable education).
2–3 years of professional experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, web content management and online campaign coordination, or a similar area.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience in stakeholder and/or agency management.
Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
A detail-oriented way of working with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Excellent coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A creative and digital mindset, with an interest in eCommerce and customer experience.
Strong collaboration skills, with a proactive and curious approach.
