Role and responsibilities

Format, refine, and elevate PowerPoint presentations to a high visual standard. Migrate legacy presentation decks into the latest corporate template, ensuring full compliance with brand guidelines. Enhance storytelling through effective layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Design engaging visual assets using tools such as Canva or Adobe InDesign, including: Posters and flyers, Infographics, Social media graphics. Produce creative assets for Google Ads campaigns, maintaining alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives. Support the Uploading and organizing assets. Applying metadata and tagging for easy retrieval. Ensuring consistency and usability of stored materials. Ongoing maintenance of the Canto DAM system, including: Design and maintain a brand-consistent icon library. Prepare icons in platform-specific formats (e.g., SVG, PNG). Integrate and manage the icon library within the DAM system (Canto).

To support our continuous organic growth, we are looking for highly qualified professionals. We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Temporary Content Designer 60% (a) (with a Contract Duration of 6 months and possible option to extend) to support our marketing and branding initiatives. This role focuses on producing visually compelling, brand-aligned content across multiple channels, while ensuring consistency with corporate identity and design standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in presentation design (PowerPoint) and visual storytelling.

  • Proficiency in: Canva, Adobe InDesign (additional Adobe tools are a plus)

  • Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, ideally Canto.

  • Strong understanding of branding and corporate design guidelines.

  • Experience creating digital marketing assets, including paid media (e.g., Google Ads).
