Role and responsibilities

Acts as a business partner in the Group Communications and External Affairs team, supporting business priorities and projects across all internal and external channels (incl. digital, social media and events) Drives integrated, channel‑agnostic communication execution, ensuring consistent narratives, messages and tone across all touchpoints Translates business topics and milestones into clear, audience‑appropriate communication content, aligned with communication strategy, brand guidelines and governance Develops and coordinates multi‑channel communication assets (e.g. articles, presentations, visuals, social‑media‑ready content) in close collaboration with Group Communications channel and topic leads Supports global communication coordination across the group’s locations, enabling consistent messaging and effective localization Prepares and supports global leadership meetings and provides project support for key events such as Capital Market Day, Financial Results and Annual General Meeting, contributing to storyline, content and cross‑channel delivery

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum five years’ work experience in corporate communications, experience with manufacturing organizations and/or chemical or pharmaceutical industries is a plus

  • Strong command of both English and German is mandatory with strong writing and storytelling skills in either language, French a plus

  • Strong skills in content creation for different audiences and across all channels

  • A university degree in science, business communication or related fields

  • Townhall hosting, facilitation and related technical skills

  • Ability to work within a deadline-driven, high-energy and fast-paced environment

  • Strong time and project management skills

  • Collaborative attitude and an ability to operate in a changing environment and rapidly growing company

  • A positive, constructive, and can-do approach to work and colleagues
