Head of Country or Founders' associate

TL;DR: Build up a new country for storabble. As Head of Country you basically operate like a founder, as Founders' Associate you support one. Revive dead storage rooms, onboard providers and real estate owners, grow the marketplace to market leadership. You work with our proven playbook and report directly to the founders.

3 x head of country (100%)

3 x founders' associate to support country heads (50%-100%)

I want to work with people who are special. A bit crazy. If you already founded something, took a hobby of yours to an insane level (sports, fan-girling, gaming, idc), or excelled at a passion of yours in another way, I want to work with you! I don't really care how senior you were at your last job.

As the head of a country you will basically operate like a founder in a country in which we are not the market leader yet. The role pays CHF/EUR 4'000 monthly before taxes.

Same goes for the founders' associate just as a supporting position. Can be a part-time working student position. If we find you before we find the perfect head of country, I'm also down to give you a shot at one of the smaller countries. The role pays CHF/EUR 2'000 monthly before taxes for 100%.

Location: We'll figure this out together. Either you join us in Switzerland, we genuinely love the sync that comes from building side by side, or you work from abroad, right in the country you're taking over. Both can make sense; it depends on you and your market.

No specific degree or seniority required. We hire special people, not CVs. Show us you've gone all in on something (a startup, a sport, an obsession) and that you're hard-working and independent. English required, other European languages a huge plus.
