Role and responsibilities

Lead and optimize all site logistics and supply chain‑logistics activities to ensure reliable daily site operations. Own and manage critical system interfaces, including SAP warehouse management, hand scanner applications, and warehouse automation tools. Act as the site interface between Arxada and external partners for SAP data exchange, ensuring data accuracy and operational continuity. Drive inventory accuracy through reconciliations, adjustments, and the execution of the annual stock count in collaboration with Finance and auditors. Serve as NCE‑wide process owner for selected logistics and digital solutions, driving standardization and continuous improvement. Partner closely with Supply Chain, Site Operations, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities, support investments, and deliver sustainable solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, IT, or a related field.

  • Solid experience (5+ years) in site logistics and supply chain operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong hands‑on experience with SAP logistics modules (e.g. MM, WM; additional modules like MM, MRP, PP/DS, WM, and IBP are an advantage).

  • Ability to learn complex, customized SAP applications.

  • Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, complex environment and collaborate effectively across functions and seniority levels.

  • Ability to influence both Supply Chain and Site leadership to support investment as needed.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise manner.
