Qualifications and Skills
Technical apprenticeship (polymer technologist, sheet metal worker etc.)
Proven composite repair experience
Highly accurate and independent
Open‑minded team player
Good English (minimum B2); German an advantage
Basic IT skills
Willing to work 2‑shift
