Role and responsibilities

Contribute to business decisions across strategy, product development, pricing, marketing, and commercial execution. Partner closely with local market teams, conducting regular reviews to understand needs, monitor performance, and derive actionable insights. Support global and local teams in the rollout of product launches and marketing campaigns. Monitor global business performance, analyzing sales, pricing, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Capture and share commercial best practices across markets to drive continuous improvement. Lead and execute cross-functional business development projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • University degree, preferably in Business or Audiology

  • 5–10 years of experience in a commercial, strategy, consulting, or similar role

  • Solid understanding of commercial processes, ideally with exposure to sales or local marketing execution

  • Proven ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across functions and markets, excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience in project leadership and working in cross-functional, international environments

  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
