Role and responsibilities

Define, analyze, and maintain product requirements for innovative hearing solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on product features, functionality, and expectations. Create and maintain clear, structured, and testable requirements and specifications. Ensure requirements comply with internal processes, quality standards, and applicable regulations. Maintain traceability between user needs, product requirements, test cases, and risks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of requirements engineering practices, processes, and tools. Participate in project development teams and support the successful delivery of new product features.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical education

  • Further education or training in Requirements Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in product development, ideally in a Requirements Engineering or similar role

  • Experience defining, documenting, and managing requirements throughout the product development lifecycle

  • Understanding of hardware and/or software development processes

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ensuring collaboration within cross-functional teams

  • Adaptable, collaborative, proactive, and a strong team player

  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
