Role and responsibilities
The Kitchen Steward ensures delivery of the highest sanitation standards in the kitchen. Organizing, cleaning and maintaining working premises and kitchen equipment. Storing all cleaned articles in the correct area. Washing kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with that all hygiene procedures and standards established by the School. Ensuring all access and traffic areas are clear and clean. Using cleaning products and machines according to technical requirements. Ensuring proper management and transport of waste.
