Role and responsibilities
Commissioning of (Isolator-) systems as well as peripherals and working with common PLCs Input/Output Tests (I/O-Tests) and line-Tests Documentation according to cGMP Installation and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ) of (Isolator-) systems: Design document checks against plant (PID-Diagram, Electrical & Pneumatic Diagram or Label lists) Sensor / Instrument calibration and adjustment Qualification of ventilation system (Filter test, air velocity mapping and cleanliness class) Alarm testing & Functional tests Documentation according to cGMP Troubleshooting, Analysis and elimination of mechanical, electrical or software deviations

Qualifications and Skills
Engineer in the field of Mechatronics, electrical engineering, automation, systems engineering or similar
Basic knowledge in handling of common PLCs (mostly Siemens and Rockwell Allen-Bradley)
Professional experience in the field of commissioning is an advantage
Working in GMP environment is ideal
Car Driving license is a must
Very good English and German language skills are essential. The minimum requirement for German is a completed Level B1.2 or B2 (preferred)
