Senior Legal Counsel

Provide legal advice and support on corporate matters, strategic Group initiatives and transactions. Support board, shareholder, and senior management matters, preparing key documentation and ensuring effective execution. Prepare high-quality materials and deliver clear, concise legal input to support decision-making at senior management and board level. Draft, review and negotiate material agreements with regulators, authorities, shareholders and other key external stakeholders. Lead or support cross-functional initiatives, manage external counsel, and contribute to the development of legal processes, frameworks and tools.

• Master's degree in law, admission to the Swiss bar and 5+ years of professional experience in a law firm or the financial sector.

• Strong expertise in corporate law and strategic legal matters; experience in M&A;, competition law and/or financial market regulation is an advantage.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, board-level contacts, and external stakeholders.

• Independent, pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, with sound judgment, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive matters.

• Affinity for technology and digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions, proficiency in Microsoft 365
