Senior System Engineer

Define and enforce key management policies, standards, and controls Oversee the full lifecycle of cryptographic keys (generation to destruction) Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, FINMA, DORA) Support audits and maintain evidence for control traceability Assess risks and define mitigation measures for key management environments

• Strong knowledge of cryptography and key lifecycle management

• Experience with HSMs and key management platforms (e.g., Keyfactor, cloud KMS, Securesys, Thales, Entrust)

• Proven background in audit, compliance, or regulated environments

• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

• Degree in information security or related field; certifications (CISSP, CISM) are a plus
