Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer

Analyze and translate business needs into requirements for data and analytics solutions, including the creation of conceptual and logical data models. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and define data-driven use cases, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment. Lead the planning and delivery of data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementation. Coordinate closely with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to ensure successful implementation of requirements. Lead and manage internal data and analytics projects, ensuring alignment of objectives, timelines, and stakeholders. Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement, while tracking progress and managing risks and dependencies. Contribute to improving delivery processes, requirements engineering practices, and collaboration across the Data & Analytics ecosystem.
