Solution Manager - Fuel Integrity Programs

Role and responsibilities
Define the solution roadmap in close collaboration with commercial teams Maintain the solutions portfolio, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic objectives Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of solutions, from definition to deployment, upgrades and phasing‑out Support Sales and bid teams by providing technical input for pre‑sales activities, proposals and tenders Act as a key point of collaboration with Sales, R&D;, Solution Delivery and Operations Drive change management related to solution evolution, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and delivery capabilities Review commercial opportunities from a technical perspective Assess and validate the feasibility and fit for purpose of proposed solutions
Team / description
The Solution Manager is part of the Solution Management department and contributes to shaping, managing and evolving the company’s solutions in the fuel integrity and traceability domain. The role supports business growth by ensuring that solutions are clearly defined, consistently positioned and effectively managed throughout their lifecycle, in close collaboration with commercial and technical teams.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, chemistry, physics or a related technical discipline; Master’s degree is a plus
Strong knowledge of the oil and gas industry, in particular downstream operations and regulatory environments, is considered a significant advantage.
10+ years of proven experience in the software or instrumentation/equipment industry within multidisciplinary environments
Demonstrated ability to manage the full lifecycle of complex products or solutions
Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate complex topics
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
Flexible mindset with a proactive, can‑do attitude
Fluent in English; French is a plus
Ability to travel – up to 20%
