Teamleader - Process Engineering

A unique opportunity to combine people leadership with active involvement in process engineering. A chance to shape module assembly processes from development to mass production. You'll define process standards, drive DfM, and establish manufacturing best practices. Close collaboration with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and manufacturing partners.

• Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field

• Fluent English knowledge with proficient German skills

• Experience in process engineering and working with contract manufacturers and external suppliers

• The ability to lead teams, navigate complexity and communicate effectively across functions
