Role and responsibilities

The Challenge

The Schranner Negotiation Institute offers negotiation trainings to high-ranking clients. We are therefore looking for a Program Coordinator with a background in client relationship management or project- and event management to support our team in Zurich.

The Job

• Plan, organize and manage negotiation seminars and events independently

• Communicate closely with new and existing clients, give advice on training needs and build strong relationships during their customer life cycle

• Maintain, grow and establish client relationships with existing and prospective client base, schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current clients to present our institute and training solutions

• Handle participant enquiries, registrations and other administrative tasks (incl. CRM)

• Work effectively with team colleagues, trainers and partners to provide highest quality standards

• Support with the further development of the program, including strategic initiatives and new conceptual ideas

Qualifications and Skills

Your Profile

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with self-discipline, diligence, focus, and flexibility in a very faced-paced environment

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with sophisticated interpersonal skills to interact with C-Level and senior management at eye-level

• Organizational talent, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet the highest quality standards

• Ability to work under pressure, go the extra mile, meet deadlines and deliver effective results

• Eligible to work in Switzerland

• Fluent in oral / written German and English (must criteria)

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience
