Role and responsibilities
Build strong and lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders, representing Erinion in the field and driving business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in depot charging and fleet electrification, with a strong focus on customer needs and evolving market trends. Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitch delivery to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. Develop tailored value propositions and act as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve profitability while navigating the shift to electrification. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Deployment & Operations, to ensure customer expectations are aligned with how solutions are delivered. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to continuously refine sales strategies and strengthen our offering.

Erinion designs, builds and operates depot and destination charging solutions for heavy-duty vehicles. We support different ways of financing, owning and operating charging sites, so that each customer can find the model that best fits their business. With operations across eight European markets and global expansion underway, we enable transport operators to electrify their fleets with confidence and long-term profitability.
Qualifications and Skills
3+ years of experience in a sales or commercially driven role, preferably within electric vehicle charging infrastructure, related e-mobility or energy solutions
Comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility for your sales pipeline.
Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and closing high-value deals.
Strong commercial and technical understanding, with a focus on creating value for both customers and business.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English, German and French.
Open to frequent travel within your region.
Previous experience or a network in transport or logistics is a strong plus.
