Industry Advisor – Insurance

Role and responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, helping them define their digital roadmap and demonstrating how Salesforce — including Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) — can drive measurable return on investment (ROI) across modernised underwriting, automated claims management, and omni-channel policyholder engagement. Develop and evangelise points of view (POVs) on industry trends such as autonomous insurance processing, AI-driven risk assessment, and personalised client advisory, while enabling internal sales and solution engineering teams on Insurance-specific pain points, terminology, and competitive landscapes. Partner with Sales Leadership to identify high-growth opportunities across Insurance sub-verticals in Switzerland, the Nordics, and BeNeLux — converting strategy into account plans, tailored solution messaging, and targeted opportunities. Lead discovery workshops and executive briefings, translating complex regulatory and business requirements into value-based strategies, and building long-term relationships with prospective and current C-level executives to support their transformation journeys.

Qualifications and Skills
You have 10 or more years of experience within the Insurance sector — Property and Casualty (P&C;), Life, or Health — either in a leadership role at Director or Vice President level at a carrier or broker, or as a senior strategic consultant with a proven track record of advising on large-scale digital transformation projects.
You have deep knowledge of Insurance challenges, regulatory landscapes, and technology trends, with the ability to build business cases, quantify the value of technology investments, and create thought leadership content and presentation material independently.
You are an exceptional storyteller and presenter, comfortable commanding a room of senior executives and simplifying complex technology and regulatory concepts into clear business outcomes.
You are a proven team player who leads through influence, with demonstrated success operating across a geographically distributed, matrixed environment — with English fluency and professional proficiency in German and/or French a strong advantage for the Swiss and regional market.
