Named Account Manager - Retail & CG (Consumer Goods)

Role and responsibilities

Own the entire sales process, driving new business development with a strong focus on net new customer acquisition and consistent delivery against key performance metrics. Build and execute a go-to-market strategy by conducting detailed customer discovery, developing qualified target account lists, and generating pipeline through customer engagements, marketing campaigns, and market intelligence. Engage with current and prospective organisations to position MuleSoft and Informatica solutions through strategic, value-based selling — including business case definition and return on investment analysis. Partner with the broader Salesforce team, including Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and partners, to deliver the full value of the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience selling enterprise software or Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, with a consistent track record of overachievement against new business targets.

  • Strong understanding of the Retail and Consumer Goods industry and can engage credibly with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

  • Fluent in German and English and can build trusted, long-term customer relationships.

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage accurate monthly forecasting and a healthy pipeline simultaneously.
