Trainee Dietlikon

During the first three months, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of our business by rotating through several departments and working closely with different teams. This onboarding phase will help you build a strong network, understand how our functions collaborate, and identify key business drivers across the organization.

After the rotation period, you will transition into your designated department, which will be agreed upon before the start of the traineeship. From there, you will become an integral part of the team, take on meaningful responsibilities, contribute to ongoing projects, and further develop your expertise through hands-on experience and continuous learning opportunities.

Throughout the program, you can expect regular feedback, mentorship, and the chance to grow both personally and professionally while building a strong foundation for your future career.
