Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of experience in senior/leadership hiring - startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments
Experienced in direct sourcing & executive outreach
Confident working with senior stakeholders - able to challenge, influence, and advise
Strategic thinker who also rolls up their sleeves
Obsessed with candidate experience and employer brand
Fluent in German & English
