Manager Training

Lead the transformation and digitalization of the training function. Implement and continuously improve a new Learning Management System (LMS). Develop and drive the company-wide training strategy. Ensure training compliance and employee qualification in a GMP environment. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to foster continuous learning.

Ophtapharm AG is an FDA/EU-GMP certified manufacturer in the pharmaceutical sector (ophthalmic products). At our production site in Hettlingen near Winterthur, high-quality products such as eye drops, ointments, and gels are aseptically produced, filled, and packaged for international markets.

• Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, Education, or a related field.

• Experience in Training, Learning & Development, Quality, or a related function within a GMP-regulated environment.

• Proven track record in implementing and optimizing training processes, ideally including LMS implementation.

• Strong understanding of GMP training requirements and learning management systems.

• Confident presenter and trainer with excellent communication skills in German and English.
