Role and responsibilities

Act as a trusted sparring partner for leaders on all people-related matters. Drive organizational development, team effectiveness, and performance management. Coach managers on leadership, employee relations, and complex HR cases. Develop recruitment strategy and be responsible for hiring. Own and continuously improve onboarding to create an outstanding employee experience. Manage employee relations cases with confidence and sound judgment. Oversee performance, development, compensation, and retention processes. Lead professional and compliant offboarding processes. Maintain and further develop HR policies, processes, and documentation. Drive HR projects and initiatives (e.g., engagement, learning & development, diversity & inclusion). Supports HR operations including payroll preparation and compliance coordination.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in a fast-paced tech company

  • Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle independently

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Confident in advising and challenging stakeholders at different seniority levels

  • Self-driven, pragmatic, and solution-oriented

  • Passionate about building strong teams and creating a positive employee experience

  • Experience in an international environment is a plus

  • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage

  • HR Swiss education is a plus
