Act as the bridge between IT and OT to prepare and run smooth deployments. Coordinate IT tasks (network, cybersecurity, servers, databases, AD) with regional/local teams. Verify prerequisites before go‑live (IPs, firewall rules, backups, licenses). Support cutover planning and execution with Project Managers and Experts. Align IT resources, schedules, and change windows. Handle escalations and drive GO/NO‑GO preparation. Ensure updated documentation, runbooks, and ITSM routing. Confirm monitoring dashboards are set up. Facilitate smooth handover to Operations & Support. Manage, guide and coordinate IT for OT Coordinators in RAP and RAM. Harmonize working methods and deployment processes across regions.

Degree in IT, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
Strong experience in IT/OT integration, industrial deployments, and coordination with cross‑functional teams
Familiarity with ITSM practices
Strong knowledge of IT/OT architectures and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Ethernet/IP)
Skills in troubleshooting across network/security/platform layers
Readiness to travel up to 40%
