Role and responsibilities
Leading the culinary brand roadmap to deliver category growth, brand performance and commercial impact. Driving innovation and renovation projects from insight and concept development through to successful launch and performance tracking. Building annual brand plans across communication, promotion and product initiatives in close partnership with sales. Optimizing the product portfolio by turning customer insights, market trends, competitor activity and financial performance into clear actions. Delivering engaging digital brand communication across owned, paid, search and e-commerce channels to attract, grow and retain customers. Contributing to demand and supply planning, margin management and value creation across culinary categories.

Qualifications and Skills
Bringing strong brand management or customer and commercial development expertise, with a passion for food experiences and brand growth.
Applying strategic thinking and analytical skills to interpret trends, customer needs, commercial performance and category opportunities.
Using strong project management, presentation and influencing skills to deliver initiatives on time and with impact.
Collaborating across functions with flexibility, curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset to turn ideas into measurable results.
Fluent in English and German; French is a nice to have.
Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
