Role and responsibilities

Driving customer, consumer and competitive analysis to generate meaningful insights that support business decisions Building and improving a global insights repository to make data more accessible, structured and actionable across markets Coordinating engaging insight-sharing initiatives such as newsletters and webinars to connect teams and spread knowledge globally Developing data tools, dashboards and resources to support category strategy and business development Supporting the creation of global strategy by translating market data into clear, relevant and impactful recommendations

NeStep is a unique 12-month immersive experience at Nestlé in Switzerland for fresh graduates who want to learn fast, grow with purpose and make an impact. From day one, you spend at least half of your time owning one meaningful project, combined with structured learning and continuous mentoring. As a NeStep Talent in Strategy & Insights at Nestlé Professional, your mission is to strengthen how teams understand customers, markets and Out-of-Home consumption by transforming data into actionable insights. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with global category teams, regional stakeholders and cross-functional partners across markets. Qualifications and Skills

  • Having graduated in the past 12 months with a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics or related fields and the ability to apply it to real business challenges

  • Bringing strong analytical thinking and curiosity to explore data, identify trends and translate them into actionable business insights

  • Being proactive, autonomous and comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders across regions in a dynamic environment

  • Being proficient in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of data tools such as Power BI is a plus

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Bringing curiosity, empathy, and ambition

  • Being a recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution (bachelor's or master's degree completed within last 12 months)

  • Swiss nationals, EU/EFTA nationals, or C permit holders only
