Shipping & Warehousing Specialist (Talent Pool)

You will be responsible for the creation of process orders, managing and executing orders for Bulk & Raw ingredient materials for the plant, and maintaining floor & system inventory accuracy. Through this you will provide an uninterrupted supply of materials for the manufacturing process while preventing waste & following all policies and procedures of the company. Coordinate worldwide goods deliveries based on allocation plans, including the organization of sample shipments. Liaise with customers to plan and confirm loading dates. Respond proactively to production shortfalls, implementing swift measures to avoid issues such as truck demurrage. Prepare export documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate closely with Production Planning, Warehouse & Shipping, Freight Forwarding Coordination, Business Development, Quality Assurance, and Long-Term Planning teams. Drive continuous improvement of key KPIs, such as truck utilization rates. Obtain required certificates for export deliveries from relevant specialist departments and authorities. Handle electronic customs declarations for outbound deliveries. Review and verify invoices from authorities and external service providers.

• Completed commercial training, or several years of relevant professional experience in export, logistics, or customs, ideally within an FMCG environment

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

• Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)

• Experience with SAP systems (ECC/WM/APO) and customs software is a plus

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset

• A proactive, independent, and team-oriented working style with a high level of accuracy — even in a fast-paced environment
