Role and responsibilities

As a Commis de cuisine breakfast, you will rock the kitchen scene and prepare food items for customers using a quality predetermined method in a timely and consistent manner. Set up station with predetermined mise en place required to service for the breakfast operations. Practice sanitation and safety daily to ensure the total customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • You have a prior experience in a 5* hotel.

  • You should be highly motivated.

  • Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance.

  • Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.

  • Position to be filled for the Winter season: December 2026 to March 2027.

  • Due to visa restrictions only applicants from Switzerland and European Union can be considered.
