Role and responsibilities

As a Night In-Room-Dining (Room-Service) Chef de Rang, you will be responsible for taking orders to guests, preparing table settings, returning finished meals, as well as checking room mixbars. You will work nights to help ensure a quality service at all times of the day. You will ensure that orders are ready on time and respond to the various requests of your Talent Coach.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Outgoing, cheerful, good listener, passionate and available.

  • Enjoys working at night

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Enjoy working in an international and adventurous team

  • Excellent presentation and representative of the W brand image

  • BAC PRO//CFC// BTS Restauration or 2 years in a similar position

  • You are highly motivated

  • Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance

  • You have great attention to detail and are passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience

  • Position to be filled for the Winter season : December 2026 to March 2027
