Line Mechanic

Repairing or replacing malfunctioning components, parts, and other mechanical or electrical equipment in the clean room and sterile environment (experience with aseptic filling lines is preferrable). Performing functional tests to validate the effectiveness of repair work. Maintaining records of maintenance services and repairs. Executes manufacturing activities in the area of Drug Product according to cGMP guidelines, ensuring batch execution, evaluating test results, resolving issues, troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and make recommendations for resolution. Eliminating faults in the systems. Open and track malfunction reports. Continuous improvements. Cooperate, advice and support Plant Engineering department. Coordination of work processes in consultation with the team leaders. Advanced handling of SAP, Cornerstone, DMS, Office 365.

• You have completed an EFZ apprenticeship as a mechanic or related profession (production mechanic, car mechanic, etc.)

• Several years of experience as a mechanic is an advantage.

• Excellent interpretation of P&ID; diagrams or drawings.

• Very good knowledge of German is essential, English is an advantage.

• Independent and precise way of working.

• You are customer-oriented and open to new ideas.

• Very good knowledge of English is essential, German is an advantage.

• Willing to work in 3-Shifts pattern, including Saturdays. Willing to be part of on call duty.
