Role and responsibilities
Lead the site PMO and oversee the strategic project portfolio Drive project prioritization and governance to align investments with business objectives Develop and maintain the Site Master Plan and strategic roadmaps. Ensure business continuity considerations are integrated into strategic planning activities Monitor portfolio performance, risks, resources, and project delivery outcomes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the site Contribute as a member of the Site Leadership Team and coach project teams to achieve successful results

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
Significant experience leading Project Management Office activities and project portfolios
Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract development and manufacturing environment
Proven success leading complex cross-functional projects and programs
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Experience driving organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and German
