Role and responsibilities
Partner with the Site Head and Leadership Team to provide strategic HR guidance and support organizational success Develop and execute workforce and people strategies aligned with site growth and manufacturing objectives Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives that support business expansion Build leadership capability through coaching, succession planning, and talent development programs Collaborate with business leaders to ensure teams have the skills and resources needed for operational excellence Use workforce data and organizational insights to support decision-making and drive performance improvements Ensure effective delivery of HR services while maintaining compliance with Swiss employment regulations and company policies

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of HR experience within a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or complex manufacturing environment
Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business strategy through people-focused solutions
Strong expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and change management
Knowledge of employee relations practices and Swiss employment law
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills
Fluency in English and German is required
