Associate Director Manufacturing Bioconjugates

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary manufacturing organization consisting of Managers, Specialists and Bioprocess Engineers. Ensure the execution of all production campaigns within your respective production lines in compliance with safety, quality, and environmental protection guidelines. Take responsibility for all personnel-related matters, including qualification, development, coaching, recruitment, compensation, and disciplinary issues. Serve as a member of the Manufacturing Leadership Team IBEX. Act as the subject matter expert and key contact for all questions related to production planning (S&OP; process), technical evaluations, and feasibility studies. Ensure and continuously improve regular performance and results monitoring through weekly reports, dashboards, Hoshin boards, and other reporting tools. Lead or participate in CAPEX projects.

• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field

• At least 5 years of professional experience in chemical or biotechnology manufacturing, preferably in leadership roles, MSAT, Engineering, or similar functions

• Comprehensive GMP knowledge

• Clear and persuasive communication skills in English, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across the organization

• Good understanding of finance and HR processes and related topics
