IT Strategic Initiatives Lead

Role and responsibilities
Partner closely with the Group CIO to drive key priorities, support strategic decision-making, and manage executive-level agendas and activities. Develop high-quality presentations, briefing materials, reports and communications for Executive Committee, Board and senior leadership meetings. Lead the development and management of IT performance reporting, including KPIs, dashboards and strategic analysis to support business objectives. Coordinate IT Leadership Team governance, ensuring effective planning, alignment, accountability and follow-through on key actions and initiatives. Oversee and drive the successful execution of strategic programmes and projects across the global IT organisation, including supporting the development of the IT strategy. Develop and enhance the IT Training Academy, promoting capability development and learning across the IT function and wider organisation. Create and deliver internal and external communication strategies that strengthen engagement, transparency and alignment with key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience operating in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, Transformation, Business Management or similar role, partnering with senior technology leaders in a complex global organisation.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability, with experience translating complex information into clear insights, recommendations and executive-level reporting.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop high-impact briefing materials, leadership communications and executive presentations.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility and presence to act as a trusted advisor and business partner across global teams.
