E2E Process Engineer

Role and responsibilities
Support delivery of strategic capital investment programs across the ADS Platform. Develop project charters, business requirements, scopes, and execution strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate project deliverables effectively. Maintain project schedules, governance frameworks, and progress reporting. Prepare business cases, funding approvals, and portfolio decision materials. Lead technical evaluations, process engineering activities, and operational readiness initiatives. Support risk, change, cost, schedule, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills
Master’s degree in Chemical, Process, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field.
Fluent in English and German.
Experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of process engineering, facility design, GMP operations, and capital project execution.
Understanding of the full project lifecycle, from design through start-up and operational readiness.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical engineering solutions.
