Role and responsibilities
Lead and deliver customer programs across their full lifecycle—from technology transfer to GMP manufacturing and project closure—ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. Act as a trusted partner and main point of contact for customers, fostering transparent communication and long-term collaboration. Inspire and coordinate diverse, cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, promoting shared ownership and high performance. Drive program success by managing scope, timelines, and financials, while aligning with strategic business goals. Collaborate across functions to manage scope changes, support commercial strategies, and contribute to future opportunities. Identify and address risks proactively, ensuring smooth issue resolution and continuous improvement. Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of learning, inclusion, and professional development.

Qualifications and Skills
Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
Experience in project or program management, ideally in pharma or CDMO.
Strong understanding of technical, commercial, and organizational factors.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex programs.
Knowledge of GMP manufacturing and drug substance development.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
