Operator / Biotechnologist

Work in various production functions while following safety and cGMP guidelines. Identify, interpret, and resolve deviations in production processes. Execute production steps, including documentation and calculations. Support the onboarding and training of new team members.

• Education in chemical or biopharmaceutical sciences

• Experience in pharmaceutical production (e.g., operator or technician roles)

• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented work style

• Basic knowledge of process engineering

• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus

• Willingness to work in shifts (e.g., 4-shift pattern) with flexible scheduling
