Product and Client Solutions Specialist (Separate Accounts)

Role and responsibilities

Servicing of institutional separate accounts, acting as a central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders; Cross-functional stakeholder management, working with investment teams, legal, tax, operations and reporting to support the implementation and servicing of a number of accounts; Working closely with relationship management, supporting ongoing interactions with clients and coordinating responses to portfolio-specific requests; Creating customized client presentations and analysis and responding to ad-hoc requests from clients, prospects and relationship managers; Coordination and oversight of the investment processes and preparation of bespoke investment recommendations.

Team / description

The Product and Client Solutions team acts in between the investment management teams and relationship managers and is responsible for a variety of activities throughout lifecycle of various investment solutions. These activities include the servicing of institutional separate account clients, preparing client specific materials, and responding to various questions and requests from clients and prospective clients. The team plays a crucial role in successful capital raising for both funds and tailored client solutions, ensuring high-quality client service throughout the process.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, or similar subject;

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in private markets, asset management, product management and / or investor relations;

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;

  • High attention to detail and accuracy;

  • Self-starter personality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;

  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with flexibility and capacity to work in an entrepreneurial environment;

  • Proficient German and English skills are a must.
