Process Engineer - Backend

Responsibility for the continuous improvement of processes and associated equipment Development and optimization of production parameters in wafer manufacturing Transfer of new processes into serial production Specification, evaluation, installation and qualification of new systems and equipment Ensuring 2nd-level support for equipment- and process-related issues in production

• Master’s degree (MSc) in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry or a comparable field

• Several years of professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing, ideally in the area of dicing or pick-and-place

• Sound knowledge of common quality and process management methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa, root cause analysis, etc.

• Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken

• High level of initiative combined with strong implementation skills and a hands-on, practice-oriented approach
