Oracle HCM Specialist/BA with SAP SuccessFactors

Role and responsibilities

Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Oracle Learning. Set up catalogues, offerings, content types, audience rules, eligibility criteria, enrolment logic, workflows, approvals, notifications, and roles. Upload and validate SCORM packages. Manage catalogue structure and content taxonomy. Ensure correct assignment and visibility of training. Design and develop reports using OTBI and BI Publisher (~20–30 reports). Maintain report documentation, data governance and process documentation. Perform data migration using HDL / HSDL. Prepare data templates, cleanse and transform data, validate and reconcile data with business expectations. Perform learning data extraction from SAP SuccessFactors. Analyse legacy Learning data structures, data quality and completeness. Define mapping between SuccessFactors data and Oracle HCM Learning, data transformation rules for migration. Support data migration planning and validation, reconciliation between source and target systems. Work with integration teams (OIC / IAM) to validate data flows and mappings, support learning-related integrations (e.g. user provisioning, content sync).

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong experience with **Oracle HCM Cloud (Learning preferred)**

  • Hands-on experience in learning configuration (catalogue, enrolment, workflows)

  • Reporting using OTBI / BI Publisher

  • Data migration using HDL

  • Strong understanding of employee / non-worker lifecycle

  • Learning processes and business flows

  • Experience with data extraction from legacy systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors)

  • Data mapping and transformation

  • Data validation and reconciliation

  • Ability to analyse source data structures

  • Translate business/data requirements into migration logic

  • Basic knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

  • REST / SOAP APIs

  • JSON / XML data structures

  • Understanding of integration dependencies and data flows

  • Experience with SCORM troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of Fast Formula, HCM Extract

  • Experience in global / multi-country HCM projects

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Strong ownership and accountability

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • High attention to detail (especially for data and reporting)

  • Ability to work across business and technical teams
