様々な種類のサーバー/ネットワーク/システム環境の保守管理と障害時の対応まで、運用の全ライフサイクルを幅広く担当いただけます。具体的な作業例としては、状態チェック、定型作業、ドキュメント作成があります。状態チェックでは、専用の画面でサーバーが正常に動いているかを確認し、エラーが出ていたら決められた手順で報告や簡単な対応を行います。定型作業では、毎日・毎週のチェックリストに沿って確認し、バックアップがちゃんと取れているか確認し、ソフトの更新作業をサポートします。ドキュメント作成では、作業した内容を記録し、マニュアルや報告書の更新を行います。
